What ways do you take time for yourself during Spring?

I actually renew myself WHILE doing spring cleaning. First it usually empties everyone out of the house because they don't want to help (except my MIL, now) and the cleaning keeps my hands busy and allows my mind to wander.

Other then that, I used to take long walks but the area has built up so, it's hard to find a quiet area to walk in.

Loved your article! I try to do spring cleaning within and without. Something about spring just makes you feel like beautifying things. I spent last weekend cleaning up the yard and planting flowers and love the way it looks now. Very uplifting.

So glad you enjoyed the article! Dianne, I think that's a fabulous habit as well! I try to do that too - get into the meditative mood of cleaning and being in the moment. When it works, I feel so renewed after cleaning as opposed to drained, lol.
