Anybody like Ghee?

A while back, I started cooking with ghee and now collect recipes which use it as an ingredient.

Do you have some favorite recipes using ghee?

I added these ghee recipes to my healthy living blog for ghee rice and mysore pak but I'd love to collect more.

I never thought of ghee as a healthful ingredient. I love the flavor though.

What are the health benefits of using ghee versus, say, olive oil?

Ghee is clarified butter so is ok for those with lactose intolerence, plus in Ayurveda tradition it is thougth to be anti-cancer and anti-viral, be good for mental clarity and help you lose weight!

It can also tolerate high cooking temps, unlike olive oil.
