This week we're seeing low temps in the mid 30s and some days will not get above the 50s. It's very damp and windy here on the coast so we real feel those lower temps!

Remember to be very careful when you venture outside for that run or bike ride if you're in areas that are as cold as we are right now or colder all winter long. Snow and ice are hazards that you may have to navigate!

When possible, stay indoors for your winter exercise. Yoga is really at the top of the list for anyone who wants something simple that doesn't require a big investment in equipment or even space.

All you need is a yoga mat, some comfortable sweats or stretch type pants, and about a 5 x 6 area that's clear enough for you to move in.

Always stretch before and after a Yoga routine, even if it's a short one.

Come to the Yoga Site and start learning how you can beat the winter cold, stay in shape, and find some "me" time, even in the middle of a blizzard!

Stay healthy (and warm!),
