This is X-posted here and on the Yoga forum...if I'm not supposed to do that, please tell me off accordingly! I'm looking for a yoga routine for belly-dancers, something to stretch out and tone the muscles most often used, i.e. the abs, obliques, glutes, and back. I know a little about yoga, but not much, so any help would be greatly appreciated! His_einna

Suhaila Salimpour has great DVDs so that you can incorporate belly dance and Yoga. I highly recommend.
