I am soo thankful to this forum for always giving me good advice when I need it the most. It is like a family to fall back on.
After my break up with my loser boyfriend last dec, I started dating his friend in February. This new guy is great, he has been as wonderful as can be for me. He proposed marriage and I said yes. Things are going great. Except now my DAD doesnt approve my marriage as he is different religion, different language and different culture though he is very well educated, from same country as mine and his parents approve me.
My dad says he is not happy , he keeps hurting me with his words and says he will get us married but he is ashamed to see his relatives.
