She talks about enjoying yoga in her interview - she even ran a studio for a while! We talked a bit about it while I was with her in person today too. She really is very young and healthy looking. I imagine yoga is a big part of that! She's also quite friendly and happy. I hope to be as serene and content as she is when I am her age!

Do you feel yoga adds to your health and serenity?

A day without yoga is a day without a soothed body and mind. My muscles feel tight and I am always looking for that time to clear my mind - often find myself walking in circles and accomplishing nothing - fast. When I find myself like that I get out my mat or sit on the grass and begin my yoga poses - life is always good after.
