Since you are in Kansas. I was wondering can anyone get a permit to hunt at Fort Riley or just service personal?

Thank you, Diana-Exotic Pets Editor, for that question.

The short answer, is that Yes, anyone who is eligible to hold a Kansas state hunting or trapping license, unless exempt by law ,( ages 15 and below or 65 and above are exempt from holding a license), can hunt or trap on the Fort Riley military reservation. All Kansas hunting and trapping seasons, regulations and rules apply, plus Fort Riley has additional regulations it requires. There is too much to go into on here, so I am currently writing up an article about how to go about hunting the fort.

thanks for your interest smile
