A delicous cake I used to service was the peanut butter tandy cake. It freezes well.
TANDY CAKES
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
Mix first 4 ingredients, then add the remaining ingredients. Spread on greased jelly roll pan. (Flat pan with edge.) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Immediately spread on 1 cup peanut butters. Let cool. On low heat, melt 10 ounce (large) chocolate candy bar. Spread on top. Refrigerate. Easy to make and tastes just like the ones in the store you buy.
I would cut the cake into squares and place in cupcake papers, wrap and freeze.
The kids loved them.
