Helps Balance Blood Sugar and Lower Cholesterol
Krill oil supplementation has been a hot topic for a while now. In this article I will go through if Krill oil supplementation is worth your money and if it can provide the health benefits that scientific studies claim it can.
I have been researching and using omega-3 supplements for several years now, and the health benefits that I have personally experienced are impressive. I have also recommended XKO3 to friends and family, who have reported the same positive effects.
Researchers and scientists estimate that over 90% of people are deficient in omega-3 fatty acids. This means that we need to get these essential fats into our body in some way to keep our physical and mental health in tip top shape.
In simple terms, Krill oil supplementation is very beneficial for men, women and children all over the world. The good news is that omega-3 fatty acids are very affordable when you can find a high quality product made by a trustworthy company.
Some of the other health benefits that I have experienced from Krill oil supplementation are improved energy, focus, memory, skin health, stomach function, quality of sleep and a sense of joy and contentment that I haven't experienced before.

Immune booster
Omega-3 fatty acids. A study found that people taking a Omega-3 supplement daily experienced fewer and less severe respiratory infections. The omega 3 fatty acids act as immune boosters by increasing the activity of phagocytes, the white blood cells that eat up bacteria. (Perhaps this is why grandmothers used to insist on a daily dose of unpalatable cod liver oil.) Essential fatty acids also protect the body against damage from over-reactions to infection. When taking an essential fatty acid supplement, such XKO3, take additional vitamin E, which acts together with essential fatty acids to boost and strengthen the immune system.
