Ever thought of having a "Fish Fry Friday"?. It can be your personal Loaves and Fishes story, except you only share it with your loved ones. This Fried Fish is too good to invite just anybody, but please do try my recipe and you'll see what I mean. My Canadian friends, Suzette, Donny, Jackie, Janelle, Leila, and Jackie C, use almost any excuse to have a Fish Fry Friday. It can be a birthday, an anniversary, or just a "Because We Are Friends Day", so be creative and make something up. Just make sure you have some icy cold beer, or a nice Reisling for pairing, a good board game and some Reaggae Music and you're set. One more thing, can you please let me know how it goes?
