Lisa, the biggest problem in reading German (which is what that document is written in) of that period is figuring out the handwriting. So many of their letters are written the same way, and others are stretched out to look like 2 letters.
I could figure a few out:
Pfarrer = pastor
The first portion is an affadavit that the following is a copy of the entry in the church's records.
Jahr = year, monat = month, tag = day, seiner Geburt = his birth
tausend neun hundert sechs = 1906
auf 7stn Febuar geboren = born on the 7th of February
It's too late in the day for me to puzzle any more out, I hope that helps a bit.
