Mists of Avalon is one of my favorite books ever. I really like the was Marion Zimmer Bradley gives a different perspective and personalities to the women and also gives them the wisdom and intelligent they deserve.

The only thing I did not like in Mists Of Avalon was that Merlin, my most favorite character ever, was portrayed as a bit weak with none of his usual powers present and that he died when Arthur was still young.

I was actually disappointed by Mists of Avalon, maybe because so many people give it good reviews
Maybe I was also trying to picture the story as to how tintagel is and it didn't fit
