Lets face it, whenever you can catch and cook your own food, it just makes for a more delightful and exciting meal. In the Caribbean, it isn't uncommon for folks to grow their own vegetables, rear their own livestock, or go fishing or crabbing in order to provide food for themselves and their families. So when I was lucky enough to join my father and brothers on a crab hunt, I was totally enthralled and couldn't wait to help my Mom prepare the catch for dinner. For an awesome "She Crab Soup a la Caribbean,". Please visit my food blog, and don't forget to leave a comment. Guyana's Tasty Exotic
