I want to say first that low carbing really isn't about "bad foods" or "good foods" as much as I might personally gripe about white bread
It's about finding a personal balance for your body based on your own activities and intake. If for example I walked 3 miles a day in my local park and ate delicious, healthy foods, and had a piece of white bread for dessert, I wouldn't feel badly about it. Yes it's "not nutritious" and in essence "junk food" but I can't imagine it would slow down my weight loss a lot. There's a LOT to be said for being happy and healthy and sometimes those tiny treats are what keep us joyful. Reducing stress is *key* to a healthy body, it's amazing how your body reacts to stress.
OK so with that all being said. My veggie carb chart page is here -
Veggie Carb Chartsone sweet potato is 28g of carbs. Compare that with the 14g in a half cup of regular potato. So sweet potatoes live up to their name - they are SWEET and full of natural sugars and starches. In comparison broccoli is 1.7g of carbs. So you could eat 14 servings of Broccoli and still not have reached the level of one sweet potato.
If you feel these fries would be the ultimate perfect occasional treat for you, then I would do that and work some more walking or swimming or whatever into your routine. If your aim is to eat these frequently then they probably will impact your weight loss
