Was suffering from cold and cough and no matter what medicine I took, I just did not get any relief. One of my friends asked me to try alternative medicine .i.e. natural products. I bought a herbal cough and cold medicine from Natures Source and took it for just two days. Frankly I was surprised to see the fast action. I now feel natural herbal products are best for preventing health problems and improving immunity, particularly for fighting cough and cold or allergy or diabetes or even cardiovascular problems. What do you say?

I use a product called Aller-max, which is natural allergy relief and it works great. You have to let it build up in your system so much start taking it about 2 weeks prior to allergy season but it does a great job. Places like Vitamin shoppe sell it.
