Yes, you're correct, the artist is Pierre-Auguste Renoir.
The painting is called "Dance at Bougival" and it was painted in 1883. It now resides at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.

This painting, "Les Demoiselles d'Avignon" or (The Young Ladies of Avignon) was painted by Pablo Picasso in 1907.
