Phyllis, you're on the right track. Yes, this painting is by an Impressionist painter but it isn't by Monet or Manet. Any other guesses?

It is a French Impressionist, though?

Ahhh! Mary Cassatt, The Boating Party! I should have known this. She was one of my favorite studies in Art History class. She painted mothers with children quite often.

Phyllis, correct again. This painting is "The Boating Party" by Mary Cassatt. It can be seen at the National Gallery of Art, Washington D.C.

This is Botticelli's Primavera,1477-80. I saw this in the Uffizi in Florence in 1988. :-)

Tammy, you are correct. It is The Three Graces from Sandro Botticelli's "Primavera" (1482). It can be seen at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, Italy.
