How do I decorate this bedroom in feng shui? It seems near impossible!

The room is maybe 10x12, or a little larger, and has a pitched ceiling on the east and west walls. The door is on the south wall, to the east of center. The opposite, north wall, has a double window in the center. On the west wall, (south-west corner), there is a closet opening about 1/3 the size of the wall (which I cover with a curtain the same color as the wall-beige). I have a queen size bed. Oh, yeah, there is also a small SINK in the south-east corner of the room, near the door (a necessity for the previous owners) How do I fung shui this room!?

thank you so much for your help!!!

Hello Indigostarr

It is not as difficult as you think. On a basic level you will want the bed under the highest part of the ceiling and opposite the door. This puts your bed on the north wall under the window. I think this is best even with the window. Make sure you have a good curtain to cover the window and keep out light at night and to prevent drafts. You should close the curtain when you sleep.

A bedroom should be reserved for rest and romance only, and a few Feng Shui changes can help. For tips on how to arrange your bedroom to achieve both, read my article Get Some Sleep on the BellaOnline Feng Shui Site.
