I went to therapist- saw her twice after she called 5 times ,she forgot to call insurance company and allwed me to pay 70.00 instead of filing appeal-I am unemployed and Cobra I made appt so she would stop calling -meesages - you really need help your so confused What do you think?

Sounds like there are two issues here. The insurance claim issue and the therapist calling. In terms of the insurance it sounds like you know what needs to be done now. Is it possible to re-file the claim?

Now in terms of the therapist seeming pushy, if her actions make you feel uncomfortable, perhaps it's just not good fit and ultimately you have a right to decide.

The inusrance company said the T should have called and since she had not she should have filed appeal- not have me pay out of pociket-I will ask her to refile the claim SHe has called 4x a day somedays and I cannot gether to sop Iam seeing the one referred bu doc- new T

4 times a day? That does sound like a bit much. Have you told her that you've found a new therapist? She'll probably stop after that.
