Hi, We should buy to our son (4 years old) the permanent hearing instrument. The audiologist has recommended us 2 types: Phonak extra 311 and Siemens Music Pro (BTE). Do you have any experience (good or bad) with any of this instruments? Which company provides the better and more reliable service? What are the criteria that we should choose the instrument?
