Hi Ricke
I've just written an article about it. Have a look at
bellaonline.com/articles/art36974.asp ( to go live in a couple of weeks!) I have listed a number of DVD options. Dr Mary Allen is an expert on lip reading (she wins the Australian lip reading competitions and has a Ph.D covering it) so I expect her lip reading DVD would be excellent.
My research showed that the internet is not deemed to be a good medium for lip reading courses(I think it's to do with the speed of broadband in many places - or people not even having broadband).
Hope this helps
