B. By Mail: Hand print your name, complete address, phone number, age, and email address (if you have one) on a postcard and mail it to be postmarked by May 19, 2009 and received by May 25, 2009 to: Good Earth Giveaway Entry, PMI Station, PO Box 3559, Southbury, CT 06488-3559. No mechanical reproductions permitted.
