I am still not quite balanced in tree pose or king dancer pose but am working on it. My wrists are definitely much more strong for the downward facing dog into cobra part, I can do 10 reps of that without any pain!
I find for the part where I go from stretching high up to touching my toes, in the sun salutations, that I hold that for much longer than a breath. I really like to hold the bottom part of the pose and stretch out my legs.
What else should I add in here?
