Hi everyone, I've received an email from a reader who has asked me where she can buy "templastic". I'm not sure that it's called that in the US and that's where I need your help. Here in Oz, templastic is a plastic template material that can be cut for templates - it's see through and sometimes gridded for easy marking and cutting.

What is it called in the US? I'm so lucky to have so many knowledgable quilters to solve this puzzler.
Thanks in anticipation.
Cheerio for now

I don't know. I've never used templates via my printer. I've always drawn my own. You might check with the manufacturer.

I have found your basic, grided template plastic at Hobby Lobby Craft Stores. Hope that helps!

Totally unrelated: Cindy, I LOVE the statement after your name, and couldn't agree more. My first car was even purple, way back in the early 1970's when purple was very unpopular.
