How complicated!!! I feel for the children who are always caught in the middle. I don't think it's fair for one parent to hold the issue of custody over another parents head. There is a lot missing in the story for me...but I didn't see anything that said the Janet Jenkins was a bad person and shouldn't be given visitation rights. I didn't really see any reason for Lisa Miller doing what she did other than because she claimed to no longer be gay.
In my opinion, in all of this, the only one's that lose are the kids, regardless of how the story turns out.

The only reason why this became a "gay" issue, rather than a simple custody issue, is that one of the women wanted to use it to her advantage. She claims not to be gay anymore (something that should raise suspicions in the first place) and turned to a Christian organization to fund and spearhead her legal attack. I'm sure the organization was all too willing to do so because it helps promote the idea that homosexuals can be "cured" or can "choose" their sexual preference.

That is my thought.
