I was watching the news last week, and the caption: Bossnappers, immediately caught my attention.

It seems, that in many regions of Europe, employers are "kidnapping" their boss (i.e "Bossnappers")
They are holding their employers in their offices, not allowing them to leave until their demands are met. They (employees) take away the phones, computers, and whatever else they deem fit from their Boss, and hold them accountable for their business decisions.

WIth the way things are happening in the US, do you think Employers here should start to worry?

I think that with the recession...any supervisor or manager should be concerned especially as we are telling people that they are being laid off or downsized. You never know when someone may be on the edge and just snap.
