My article "Good News About Peppers" resulted in a couple of e-mails about pepper usage. One reader says that she uses peppers in just about every meal she makes because her mom did that. It got me to thinking about my childhood. I don't recall my mother using any pepper except sweet green peppers. I suspect that it was not so much her favorite as it was the only kind she was familiar with.
I like peppers so much that I often experiment with those that are new to me. I wonder if anyone else does this? Please let me know your fav peppers, hot or sweet.
