Hi all,
looking for an old easter bread my mother-in-law used to make only at easter, it looked like a long flat bread had the egg wash on top but was filled with ricotta cheese inside, can anyone help me here, wanted to make it for easter.'

This sounds exactly like a Greek breakfast thing on Anthony Bourdain yesterday--it was phyllo dough wrapped around a Greek cheese--he said it was like ricotta.

Have no idea what it was called, but do a google search on Greek breakfasts--it was a breakfast dish.
