BellaOnline Forums Beauty and Self Body Image body scrubs on arm bumps?

I just need to know, are arm bumps normal?!
I keep getting them whenever I don't tan or am in the sun.
I feel like i've tried everything and have come up short. Most recently, i bought a brown sugar strawberry gel scrub by Abrione vb cosmetics. I love it, but it's soon to tell if it's working on the bumps. Know of any specified products for this problem??

I use a bath salt prescribed by a dermatologist.

I have this problem if & when I exfoliate too much. You definitely want to exfoliate but keep it to once or twice a week. Then you also need a good moisturizer. That usually gets rid of the bumps. I had them for a long time until I realized I needed to stop using the loofah & scrubs everyday.
