What do you think of the Irish airline that will charge passengers for using the toilet?

Pay for luggage.

I am flying tomorrow from DC to Albuquerque on Continental. This airline charges $15 for the first checked bag abd $25 for the second. So of course, most people on the plane will want to stuff everything in the overhead. But the airlines don't want you to do that.
Why can't the airlines be logical and encourage passengers to check one bag by not charging for that bag?
