Wondering if you all eat a lot of fruit?

I don't. Most of what is in season is too high in carbs for me to lose on...if I ever start losing. Hopefully by the time summer comes and berries are in season I can have a few every day.

I try to eat a least one serving of fruit a day. Pears and blueberries are my current favorites.

Do you eat your blueberries plain? I don't know why but I don't care for fresh, raw blueberries. Maybe I will blend some with strawberries for a smoothie, but then I can only have a little due to the natural fructose.

What are other ways of eating blueberries without eating them straight?

I do perfer to eat blueberries plain even if they are a bit tart.
They are also good mixed in with yogurt or in a salad.

Because, like WalkingGranny, I find fruit too high in carbs I never eat more than two servings each day. And I never have bananas. My favorites are applesauce (which I make myself to be sure that it's sugar-free) and grapes.

Vegetables are my fresh produce of choice, and my favorite is carrots.

I grew up in apple harvest country so love apples fresh from the tree in season. Now I live in Phoenix where the citrus is plentiful right now so I use lots of lemons in cooking and love to start the day with a cup of warm water and lemon juice. I love fruit smoothies all summer and also like blueberries mixed with a little plain Greek style yogurt.

It's really scary how many fruit products are high sugar added in modern times. Parents feed these things to kids and the kids turn into blimps because they're drinking high-sugar apple juice, high-sugar orange juice, and so on! Why do manufacturers add sugar to everything??

Blueberries are VERY good for you - they are definitely worth getting your taste buds used to, and adding into salads and other foods! They are full of antioxidants.
