As our budgets get tighter, and our wallets grow thinner, what could be a more appropriate time for cheap and nutritious home cooking recipes and video instructions from 93 year old Clara? Emeril tried her potatoes and onions with sliced hot dogs and said it was delicious!

I have been watching Clara's video's and what a dear, sweet lady she is! One thing I noticed right away was that she didn't use a cutting board but instead cuts while holding it in her hand. She said a cutting board was a modern convience. How interesting it is to listen to her!

I have been watching Clara the last couple of days. Found the link here. She reminds me so much of my grandma, who has been on my mind and heart a great deal lately. I know this is an old post but thank you for putting it here. I may not have known about her otherwise. Some great recipes that I grew up eating!
