Hi folks,

I am new here.

I am living in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman with my wife, a parrot and two kitties. I guess without those kitties, I would not have wrote here.

This was a letter that I wrote elsewhere a while back, but that was not in a cat forum. I thought perhaps I should join a cat forum where folks there might be more understanding as they have kitties too. So here I am.

I copied that letter into my livejournal, explaining why I was in the office in flipflops that day.

Sounds like your cat knows where its at LOL.

Great story. You know you have to expect that from kitties. It is typical behaviour.

This is not going as well as what I hoped for.


I was hoping for some symphaties that I got my coffee and ham sandwich only after kitties got their kipples. In which case I would have dragged my wife here to see the error of her ways in pandering to those beasties instead of pandering to me first. But seeing you all wanted to encourage her to pander to those beasties first, I cannot ask her to come here in case she decide to give dinner to them first before dinner to me.

One would have thought that Katie would have known the error of her ways after she was punished from above in

She did not. And continued with her figure of 8s meanderings about my ankles in hope of doing me in and at the least, maiming me .

While it is said lightning cannot strike twice, I can say karmic retributions can strike more than once as you can read in subsequent events.
