Yup I agree that brains feel "stress" and react as if it's danger, the brain doesn't realize it's just "emotional danger" and not "physical danger". So that's not a good state for a body to wallow in!

I thought that no stress could be good until I read a comment on the first page saying that when your life is in danger that stress could be a good thing, I think this may be true but I do not see any other way stress could be good.
