I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia which began with Mono in February of this year. (Yes, somehow I managed to get Mono at 33 yrs.) As is the case for all of us, my life hasn't been the same, I'm extremely depressed and even suicidal at times. I am pulling at straws here trying to figure out how to NOT live like this for the rest of my life and one common theme I'm finding in articles is diet. Cut out chocolate, caffeine, carbs, etc. Has anyone taken this approach and did it help you? I have no idea how I'll survive without caffeine as it has been my crutch all along. If there is a minute chance that it will work, I'm willing.
