Here is some basic information on caring for your jewelry.
The most important thing you should do is to clean your jewelry. You can use Antibacterial soap and Water to thoroughly clean the jewelry.Do not use any kind of chemical to clean the jewelry or components due to the possibility of discoloration. Jewelry can be affected by ingested chemicals such as alcohol, mouthwash, cigarettes smoke, chlorine, soups, foods and/or drinks.

Hi,
Someone told me to use a soft toothbrush on rings to clean the nooks and crannies -- is that a good idea? Or can that damage the metal?

Even if the brush is soft, it's possible that scratches may appear over time. A safer option would be to carefully wipe jewelry with a soft chamois or flannel cloth after each wearing to remove oils and salts.
