Next step after trying a variety of nasal sprays and Neti Pot might be checking into whether you have a yeast (candida) overgrowth or not. Don't get talked into sinus surgeries until you check that out. Most chronic sinus problems are fungal infections, related to yeast running rampant in your gut and body. Nasal sprays and sinus irrigating won't help much until you get that corrected. At least, that's what I found out.

I got to the point where nothing was working and was willing to take a look at doing a cleanse for yeast. It's been a month since I started the cleanse and my sinuses are recovering. I can't believe my nose actually works again.
