I love Bella's journaling prompts. I created a blog to answer the prompts. www.FloridaCindy.blogspot.com It's a great way to clear the mind!

I've been doing the prompts ever since the beginning of January. I have keep a journal since I was in high-school and I had never used prompts before. I usually just wrote my thoughts down or a memory of what was going on so that I would be able to look back on it later.

But, I really love the prompts and have a journal that I am using just for this project. I like to read everyone interpretations in the forums as well.

Wow! Nothing like pressure to be sure I keep 'em coming! *laughing*

In all seriousness though, it's so touching to know that you guys are using them and enjoying the journey. I've found that I think more clearly during my "work" time when I've journaled things out before hand.

I too, am enjoying the responses in the forums. This week's questions all about Self-Esteem should be very interesting to hear about.
