Here is a fun and inexpensive way to make a wreath. I use to make one for our office. Take a wire coat hanger, bend it so it forms a circle and then (takes about 3 boxes of baggies, not the ziplocks but ones with ties) take a baggie, fold it accordion style, long ways and tie around the wire. Keep building till you come full circle and you have no more room to tie. Add a bow or other ornament and wah la a "Christmas Wreath". Go to the dollar stores to find cheap boxes of baggies and the cost will be a big savings to make.I hung this one on my balcony. (alos for Kids at heart)
