Well I have been using it twice a day now for 3 days, I would truly recommend a Neti Pot for any one with nasal congestion and sinus problems. If your doctor rules out polyps or any other conditions.
Definitely use one if you have nasal congestion, sinus problems, post-nasal drip. I use mine three times a day because I have chronic sinus problems and it gets rid of all that crud in my nose.
