Where were you? Did you watch on TV or the internet? Were you one of the almost 2 million to brave the cold in D.C.?
If you were a reporter, what would have you reported on?
We watched it on DVR way after everything happened but enjoyed it as well. In the comforts of our living room, me and my incredibly handsome hubbie cried, laughed, smiled, and teared up again as we watched this page in history. Then when the children came in (one 10 and one 14), we discussed in depth how they took it as they showed it in school. And just when I though I'd gotten a grip on my emotions (the other child, 19 in college), told us that all her professors refused to have class so that all could enjoy this wonderful, inspiring moment and I thought that was quite bold and considerate. It was a wonderful day I won't soon forget.
