Does anybody keep a gratitude journal? I've read many books now that talk about how incredibly powerful it can be - for your stress levels and for your health - to spend time acknowledging the things you are grateful for. So I took one of my notebooks, put it on my headboard, and every evening I write down the things I am very grateful for.
It is quite a wonderful way to end the day, it calms me and gets me ready for bed! It reminds me that I have a lot to be thankful for and tomorrow has potential to be even better.
Has anyone else tried it? Did they find it helped their life?
