I was listening to the radio this morning (Sirius/XM) and the "Early Morning Mashup" was on, but it was not one of the normal DJs, it was this really deep, sexy, soothing voice. And I thought "What in the world? They've got a nighttime DJ on in the morning!"
And then I recognized the voice as Brendan Frazer. About that time Nicole (one of the regular DJs) goes, "Can you just read us bedtime stories? Your voice is soooooo soothing!"
My husband laughs at me, because I can recognize voices almost better than I can recognize faces. If we are watching a movie and he asks me who someone is - if I don't recognize them at first glance, I close my eyes and listen to them. I generally tell you what other movies they have been in, even if I can't give you a name (but I can usually gie the name - think the FBI could use me?)
But I love voices, maybe it is the vocal major in me.
