Hey folks,

So I'm curious, does anyone here have a favorite Martial Arts weapon? Feel free to share here.

I have learned and used all the weapons you mentioned plus many more over the years. The Nunchaku were my very first, both single and double chucks, that's my favorite weapon..

Neat. What about the did you enjoy the most? I just remember hitting myself with the Nunchaku... a lot. I think I still have a few bruises from those days.

My favorite weapon remains my brain; it is followed close behind by my body, and finally by the cane and the staff. The first three weapons follow you wherever you go. I enjoy the cane and bo staff because of their simplicity. They each speak to my heart and are extentions of me. Bruises are common with the Bo and two person practice with the cane also earns one pains in the legs and groin as well.

The brain still rates at the top weapon for me.

Very good point! We often forget that we are the ultimate weapon. And one of the most critical parts that makes or breaks the fight is our minds.
