My favorite perfume used to be Shalimar (I think that's how it's spelled) because my mom used to wear it when we were growing up. With my budget it's kind of pricey, now I tend to use the "fragrances" from Bath and Body works, though I don't know if they can technically qualify as perfumes. My favorite used to be Juniper Breeze, but they started to phase that one out. Now my fav is Japanese Cherry Blossom. I try to stock up when BBW have their semi annual sale going on like they do right now.
It's funny as a mom, I keep seeking that scent that will always make my kids think of me when they smell it, kind of like my mom used to wear. I never remember my dad wearing any though...mmm...
Anyway, weird, I know. But does anyone else have a certain fragrance that they identify with their parents?

My mother only wore Topaz by AVON. It is now a fragrance that they bring back only on special occasions.

I did a review of Bath and Body Works - have you smelled their new Black Amethyst??? That is my all time favorite from them.

I have not smelled that one yet. I will check it out today when I go to stock up at the sale. I actually put it in my budget this week so I best not over spend...lol

My favorite fragrance from BBW is Moonlight Path. I just feel good when I wear it, and love it when I get a whiff of it on someone else.

My Mother wore 2 fragrances that I can remember and I loved them both, they were L'Aimont and Autumn Pinx. The second one I've never heard of since but it was pure carnation scent and was wonderful. Thanks for the lovely memories!
