I was always a very giving person throughout my youth. Never ever said no. I was also miserable. It wasn't until I learned to say know that I fully started to find happiness.

The big realization for me was realizing that saying no wasn't a bad thing. It was a bad thing not to say no. Being able to say know means you understand what is valuable in your life and you will give that the utmost attention.

I say no when I don't want to do something and it is never to be mean so no I do not feel guilty.
