In all probability most people have heard the following words more than once in their lifetime � It�s your fault. No matter who says it, the recipient is usually annoyed by the innuendo that they have done something wrong. It seems that no one likes to be tagged by a fickle finger pointing at them and blaming them for something. Do you play the Blame Game in your relationships or do you think people are usually blaming you for something that you really didn't do?

My partner will say something -- then say they didn't. It's happening so often, I had felt myself aggressively responding (verbally) which is not me at all.
The other day I just responded with, "You're right -- how could I be so dumb!" and had my little chuckle and felt ok with it rather than getting snippy about it.
