Has anyone read any of Laura Childs mysteries? Very good books PLUS there are great recipes for goodies to make that go well with tea.

Hi Daisy,
I just finished a Laura Childs' mystery, and agree with you... the recipes look delicious. I haven't tried any yet... but do have them in my pile of recipes to try.
It looks to me like you have tried the recipes... Are there any that you recommend?

I'm glad I saw this post. A friend told me about the Tea Shop mysteries but I had forgotten to look for them.

I haven't read these but I love Joanne Flukes mysteries about Hannah the girl who owns the cookie shop. Her books too have terrific sounding cookie recipes. I've tried a few of them and they are tasty.
I'll have to look for these tea shop mysteries. I like the lighter type of mystery.

I love mysteries written around a food theme, especially those that include recipes. Haven't read the Tea Shop Mysteries, but they are on my must-read-soon list. Did anyone try the recipes?

Oh, great! Another series to check out. I may never finish all the books on my To Be Read List.

I went to the library last night and got my first Laura Childs - Death Swatch! Why do you like her? I wound up with 6 books and I started another one first. (Candy Apple Dead by Sammi Carter. Another one with clever names.)
