Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboards 4000 & 7000 This is a very comfortable keyboard that can improve comfort while typing and reduce the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome and other repetitive strain injuries. Microsoft teamed up with ergonomists to produce a keyboard that places the hands and wrists in a more "natural" or neutral position. This positioning reduces strained postures, one of the key elements in the development of repetitive work place injuries.
