Hello, I am new to this site. I canned some salsa(for the first time) and I used the recipe from a canning book. The salsa taste of vinegar terribly. Does anybody have a different recipe? And can I open the pints I already did and add more tomatoes etc. and recan them to tone down the vinegar taste.
